Where GENURES facilitates the acquisition, distribution or commercial use of compute credits or technology service credits, such credits represent contractual rights or purchasing entitlements to specified technology services only, subject to the terms of the underlying issuer or provider.

Compute credits are not cash, electronic money, deposits, securities, bonds, financial instruments, investment products, cryptocurrencies or guaranteed claims against GENURES, unless a particular product legally qualifies as one of those things under applicable law.

All compute-credit transactions are subject to provider terms, applicable laws and GENURES counterparty-verification requirements.
