Compute Credits Legal Framework

1. What Are Compute Credits?

Where GENURES Technologies OÜ facilitates the acquisition, distribution or commercial use of compute credits or technology service credits, such credits represent contractual rights or purchasing entitlements to specified technology services only, issued by and subject to the terms of the underlying technology provider or issuer.

The nature, scope and enforceability of any compute credit is determined solely by the terms of the underlying provider. GENURES acts as an intermediary facilitating access to such credits and does not issue, guarantee or underwrite any compute credit.

Unless a particular product legally qualifies as one of the following under applicable law, compute credits facilitated by GENURES are not:

• —That any compute credit will be accepted by any bank, financial institution or counterparty

All compute-credit transactions facilitated by GENURES are subject to:

5. No Financial Services Activity

GENURES Technologies OÜ is not a bank, payment institution, electronic-money institution, investment firm, securities dealer or regulated financial-services provider. GENURES does not hold or seek any financial-services licence in connection with compute-credit facilitation unless expressly stated.

Nothing in connection with compute credits constitutes investment advice, financial advice or a recommendation to acquire any financial product.

Counterparties are strongly advised to independently verify the legal classification, regulatory status, provider terms and applicable restrictions of any compute credit prior to entering into any transaction. GENURES recommends that counterparties seek independent legal and financial advice where appropriate.
